Refunds & Returns

If there are any issues with your order — whether the sizing doesn’t match our size guide or the design hasn’t been printed correctly — we’ll send you a free replacement.

To help us sort this quickly, we’ll just need:

  • Clear photos of the garment being measured (to show it doesn’t match the size guide), or
  • Clear photos of any print issues or damage

Please email these along with your order number to studiosstellas1@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your item.


Made-to-Order = Less Waste ♻️

Every Stella’s Studios piece is made just for you when you order it. This helps us reduce waste and avoid overproduction — something that’s really important to us.

Because of this, we’re not able to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size chosen

We always recommend checking the size guide on each product page before ordering to get the best fit.


Your Rights

Under UK law (Consumer Rights Act 2015), you’re entitled to a replacement or refund if your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described — which we fully honour.

As our products are made to order, they are exempt from the standard 14-day change-of-mind returns under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

If you’ve made a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help. If your order hasn’t gone into production yet, we may be able to make changes.
